Today, take a moment to remember what a blessing friendships can be. To have a friend, you first need to be one. Take some time today to reach out to a friend. Send them a kind note or text message. Think about your friendships and ask if you are the kind of friend that you like to have. Be that friend for someone else.
Looking to establish a new friendship? Think about writing a letter to a soldier, someone in prison or become a pen pal to someone overseas. There are many types of people who crave that human contact and a letter from a stranger showing appreciation, empathy or curiosity about their lives are welcomed and appreciated.
