Day 16: No junk food today.
Today, we are saying “NO” to junk food. No pop, cookies or candy, no fast food, over-processed or unhealthy food choices. Today eat whole foods, fruits, vegetables, lean meats, whole grains. Be conscious of what goes into your body today and pray that it be used to serve the Lord.
